I have the honor, with reference to the enclosed Medical Certificate from Dr. Menzies, Staff Surgeon, dated this morning, to apply to His Excellency for a Six Months' Leave of absence on sick furlough, for the purpose of returning, as Dr. Menzies advises, to England.
